yes, it would nice to know what the exact position is. Let's hope we get an answer on this. Should be reasonably easy for them to tell us how this works.
Whatever the correct answer is, either way capex recovery is accelerated at the beginning of the oil recovery so the coffers will be filling up much quicker than people might expect.
