Message:
Following the release of the Listing and Quotation Notice in respect of
Mighty River Power Limited on  3 May 2013, NZX Regulation ("NZXR") wouild
like to confirm that trading in MRP ordinary shares will commence at 12.30pm
on Friday, 10 May 2013 on a conditional settlement basis.

To reflect the conditional settlement status, MRP ordinary shares will be
assigned a quote basis of "DD". Trading on a normal settlement basis is
expected to commence by start of trading on Wednesday, 15 May 2013.
