I was very disappointed when Labor squibbed on the chance for meaningful tax reform. I have no doubt the libs have no stomach for it either.
I agree a flat tax with a threshold of application to protect low income people is the way to go.
Lappy, with great respect, I have to support the diesel fuel rebate. I run a basalt quarry that provides road bases. Without that rebate, I doubt that we could afford to operate.
