The lack of demand from China ..ie waiting for concrete contracts may have even reduced basket price.This was alluded to on one of the recent comments..sorry dont have ref. The amounts sold from China are reduced..= Lower basket price.
What is the premium for politically free access to sustained supply.
If REE have been used before as a political weapon you can bet many ROW users wont be coming back if they can afford not to...
One decent calibre shot at those piles of rocks north of Japan and the whole thing would start up again.
