Ever heard of Korda-Mentha ? They took shares instead of fees.....why would they have done that ??? These guys are the end of the road...they don't need any help to do it for them. The Coal Industry is on the decline in the USA....other more environmentally friendly energy alternatives are being legally required......gas is a big winner here as well as green energy. It is possible that parties are interested.
