Had I done my research properly I would have discovered Brian has a history of not delivering.

I read an article that said Brian used to head former Western Underwriters and Ramtron. I did a search on Ramtron and was ill to discover that Brian has taken Australian Investors down this road of losing everything they invested before....
Read the whole article (2003), I only cut and pasted the main bits below...

    http://www.smh.com.au/articles/2003/12/01/1070127334185.html

    "Investors caned
They were persuaded to venture their capital by two young entrepreneurs from Western Australia, Brian Harcourt and Ross Lyndon-James.

Though Ramtron still exists, the company has never been profitable. None of the Australians saw any return on their investment in ferroelectric memory. They have learned the hard way that early-stage funding of semiconductor start-ups is best left to the experts."

I also found this negative comment from Neil Palmer regarding WRG technology.
    http://www.desalination.biz/news/news_story.asp?id=6845&title=Australian+SWRO+firm+signs+MoU+for+Saudi+pilot

"The feature that WRG hopes will sell its ASWRO package, which is otherwise a normal SWRO system, is its Plasma Chemical Reactor (PCR), which is a device for creating low-cost ozone from ambient air for pretreatment. This would be effective on difficult organics and might reduce biofouling.

However, Neil Palmer, CEO of the National Centre of Excellence in Desalination Australia warns that care needs to be taken with this approach "because ozonating or chlorinating/dechlorinating organics without effective removal just makes them more tasty to the bugs."

I don't like to write this as now the sp may drop even lower.
