That is certainly a very nice looking section of core in the photo. This is definitely the real thing: a thick nickel/copper sulphide mineralised ultramafic intrusive.
I think they have a significant discovery on their hands, and all that remains to be done now is to drill it out in three dimensions, establish the overall tons and grade, and delineate an economic resource, not forgetting that the mineralised body comes to surface beneath a thin layer of cover and any resource is therefore likely to be amenable to low cost open-pit mining.
The presence of the cover that hid this discovery from previous prospectors will make it harder to plan the follow-up drilling, as they will be basically drilling blind to start with, but additional ground geophysics, and in particular the downhole geophysics that they can now do from Hole 9 are going to help a lot.
Further funds will be needed for the drill out, but I don't think they will have any problem raising them. Granmuren looks more like a potential orebody with every drill hole that goes into it, and incoming investors will certainly back the company to complete the job.
I can't wait for them to get on with it!
