South Africa is a bribe economy that is unstable and unpredictable.

All start up projects are risky and the lag time causes uncertainty and fuels negitive sentiment.

We will not know if this is sucessful until Dec 2014, that's one hell of a wait.

Time lag = downside, especially in Africa.
