Agreed fibonarchery, but thats only beneficial for the willing investor not for the existing shareholders. The company IMO should have let the market absorb the information fully or release more results b4 acting. A cap raising at 25c is a shafting for current holders. Sure it is a benefit to have more cash, but it could have been done wayyyy better.
