Just had a look at AUZ's 2012 Annual Accounts (released 27/09/12).

If you look at pp12 you will see that the directors and management are all on a pretty good wicket (actually they almost number a cricket squad) - collectively they took $893,610 out of the company for themselves!

I suppose the question is - have they done enough to justify their "personal grab" in the eyes of their shareholders?

I suspect they will be taking the same (if not more) in 2012/13.

On a balance of probabilities - the next assays you are awaiting may not be any different from the most recent!
