I'm starting to like this little fella again. I've followed it for many years, through lots of ups and downs, but only now is it starting to look really attractive again.

At 19c, it's got > 6.5% yield, has kept this up over several years, 100% franked, no debt, and good, if modest, growth prospects. I'd rather be putting my money here than in banks and Telstra at the recent high prices. It's lightly traded, so subject to bumpiness, but I don't think it will go much lower while it's paying this divvy.

    Thoughts?
