Pesa, it's a bad sign when a company shuts down investor relations. The so called sale process has already taken place punctuated by the sudden resignation of the four directors once the paperwork was finalised with the government. The 15% left is highly subjective and open ended. The credentials of the previous board is not consistent with the outcome for shareholders they promiissed nor consistent with the statements made by the company since 2007.
An investigation should be conducted. It will happen I think.
