modula - I like your optimism about the timeframes and whilst its do-able I think unlikely, I have been involved at times when you can get legis thru both Houses super quick but just the procedural processes means there is a limit and suspending standing orders to allow such processes doesnt happen often

Bill is still at Second reading stage in LA so still needs to complete that, go to Ctee stage then to Council etc etc

Parl sits in slabs of 2 or 3 weeks so May 23 is end of this stint then back June 11 for 3 weeks- that might be the best hope unless all the ducks willingly line up...
