I think they will accumulated up to the max 20% and eventually takeover WTP but keep the brand.

A company like Besix won't want a passive/minority investment/partner in a relatively small national played, they will want to dominate.

I think big Kev didled himself with the price they would have payed higher. Things are looking good fow WTP if they out foxed the fox.
