    If the ann comes out soon about the 3rd party validation, it will surely give a lift to the SP and reward we LT holders a bit? Right now the SPP is looking a bit ordinary.

    I don't think an MOU will do it, but logically there may be deals ready and waiting for the validation?

    If those deals got signed...then...
