The way I see it we have many issues.

1) Our sentencing standards are pathetically short.
2) The lack of interest of our Police and authorities to do with anything less than serious / provable crime.
3) The tolerance for stupidity and excuses.
4) The lack of responsibility people are able to get away with.
5) The compensation mentality
6) The litigation mentality
7) Multi-culturalism diluting acceptable behaviour.

We are breeding and accepting ill content.
