    Looks like a really good announcement to me.

    One thing puzzles me, maybe someone has a knowledgeable answer - I thought they were going to limit flow rates on shallow dome wells to 25-30 bopd? Why are they not following that - do they figure there's low risk of water ingress compared to other wells?
