MEL realises that the gov isn't playing fairly, nor with rhyme or reason. It's my view that MEL doesn't want to 'push it up hill' in such an environment.
I'm happy to hold long term, my biggest fear is if they blow this cash and we have to dilute at such a low price... As much as it sucks, the less tehy do at the moment, IMO, the better.
