Looking at those charts, I see a return to trend at around 2030, which coincidentally is when the BB's should be mostly retired and have almost finished trying to convert their wealth in property to retirement funds.
This only applies to those BB's who do not have enough property to generate enough income to live on in retirement, which IMO will be a large majority.
