    Take probiotics at least 2 hours after antibiotics.
    Best source is KEFIR (cultured milk product like yoghurt but better);

    Buids up your immune system. Take 1/3 glass daily.
    If you are allergic to milk then take cultured sauerkraut which has been cultured in salt and water only no vinegar and not heated (which kills the good bugs).
