    The reported outstanding short position as of last Tuesday is 14,380,114 which is a slight decrease.

    Which is a slight positive for LNC.

    The shorts did not decide to hang around. Still need tomorrow's number to confirm though. [If Wednesday's number is similar it means the short attack was only an opportunistic grab based on bad news]
