with respect bombers i disagree,

the Chinese invest with long term planning in mind from large state govt depts down to the WEG's of this world.. the JV hardly makes any cash first year in any case, you think WEG would sign up for a 30month gig and then be on the hook to help clean up Cockatoo? they have made a calculated punt based on BHP's drilling results to get their half of the Cockatoo underground ore.. IMHO

the rest i hear you, they must know they have some very unhappy long term holders out there and they would want to start delivering on their plans without any future unforeseen suspensions due to any 'perceived' issues..

im also interested in hearing more of the NICE guy on the board and what he can bring to PLV..
