The priority of the manager is not to increase the size of the company.... A manager might be hired to reduce the outgoings of the company therefor BRINGING MORE MONEY TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.

I respect peoples knowledge about these oil companies here but at the end of the day... Its going to boil down to Net tangible assets per share and earnings per share, Everything else is just back story.

If you can convince yours wives or husbands that the company you invested in was a success because it's size has doubled or oil is pumping at great rate, was a great investment, I'm sure their next question will be.....
