So what is the signal to turn around:

Are we on the way back? That is, has the rare earths sector finally bottomed out?

1- Car Industry...is coming.. is happening
2- renewable energy ... is happening
3- steel producers.... continuisly in demand
4- RRE stock sentiments... last week commenced
5- Base metal..,, I noted has botoomed perhaps?.. is a big call?
6- Nuclear Energy.. Europe in progress
7- Basket price.. still lower no signal to upside yet
8- LAMP Enviromental issues....very low risk is under control
9- SH sentiments..... up and down like yoyo
10-...????
