If you think that tax coming in is not paid out directly to NBN then you are kidding yourself. Who pays the contractors or do they wait until the thing gets booked as an asset? Ahhhh, no I think it adds to outlays and the deficit.

Abbott will be perfectly within his rights to scrap the Dis scheme once he views the real books on Sept 15. It will go.

Dept of Climate Unchange will remove 350 expensive public servants immediately (who will be transferred to the CES and quit out of outrage at having to deal with..... well.... ALP and Greens voters).

You would be amazed at how much you can save when there are no sacred areas. Treasury would be another fine target IMHO. Nuke it completely and use the ABS together with a farm out on a three year basis to the large accounting firms (get them to tender).

Finally, remove all subsidies and payments to the Automobile Industry.

Why raise the required revenue from the only areas (farming and mining) that actually produce anything in Australia???
