    Can't say I agree with this, the deal is terrible for LMR shareholders.
    The offer is only marginally above the cash they have and values all their projects at only a couple of million.
    If LMR was headed to 9.9c it would be there already.

    This tells us one of two things.

    1. The deal stinks and undervalues the company
    2. The market doesn't think the deal will go ahead.
