No, just that every government should hand over a better situation to the next one, otherwise it is us as taxpayers who ultimately lose out as Labor and Liberal play their politcal games.
Gillard could have sought and I believe gained bi-partisan support for the NDIS and Gonski etc. well before now, the Gonski report sat unanswered for a long time.
