No worries AP and Fatsoh.
They do need help, but being human nature some will exploit the Welfare hand up that really don't need it.
I would be happier if Gillard and Labor actually brought it in the beginning of their term,to show their sincerity.
I have a feeling it's just vote buying this close to the election.
