Another junior to have to bear this sentiment from a major shareholder:
"the traditional route for juniors to raise fresh capital -- through a discounted placement -- was no longer as certain as it once was, with EIM Capital Managers having stopped backing such raisings"
Is this company included in this attitude? Hard to believe that any junior can grow if a major holder cuts off funds and seeks merely to pick up stock from distressed sellers?
Seems like a very odd attitude.
If a major shareholder wont stump up capital, then who else will? I cannot for the life of me understand why a major holder in the junior spec resource sector would make public statements like this which can surely only drive other potential investors away?
What am I missing?
Do they short their stocks also?
