guys IMHO it was a technical breakdown. 3.8/3.9c was strong support on the chart and the bounce from there to 4.5c was no surprise. RXL has been threatening all day to break 3.8c with that buy line wiped a couple of times. When it broke it did so in style. I suspect 3.8c will now be resistance.
