    Hi Ebit with Sinosteel , Oceanwide & NAAIL controlling 30% of the company and Oceanwide with 60% offtake and another 5m shares due to be issued - makes it next to impossible for anyone outside of China to gain control of CDU ( IMO )

    Xstrata and MMG already have access to the new rail facility so it just comes down to when the Chinese will make M & G and offer they cant refuse .
