    2nd qtr average was 3784, 3rd qtr was 3793, not a 19 % drop. Knowing how LNC does not like to report bad details, it tends to become a worry that the production exit rate is not mentioned. I guess this figure could become manipulated though, being only one day. They certainly have not made much progress during the qtr though.
