tcisboss, Although I haven't changed my mind about the impending price correction for Australian real estate, I also cannot argue with your statement because it is correct.
I'm not a total bear though, in that I do live in my own home and I own a very nice block right near the ocean.
But I will not buy any more unless I thought it was a true bargain.
But the momentum is definately for an upswing in prices again, especially as interest rates look likely to continue to fall.
