I spoke to dean again today.
1. Update re power supply problem due very shortly.
2. Sentients actions not seen as predatory. ( this ties in with their advertised company philosophy)
3. 10 mill loan from sentient due in dec doesn't have to be paid back in cash.
4. Debenture funds forecast to last until eoy. ( calendar)
5. Company rationalisation underway to reduce cash burn.
6. FS now expected by end of 3rd quarter. (Calendar)
7. 7c sp not seen as a problem wrt raising mcc share of capex. If NFC sign up for 70% the rest should not be a problem.
8. Mcc is lucky to have an investor like sentient on board.
