exergen seeks asx listing via merger with cape, page-3

Interesting news, still reading but seems like Exergen shareholders will get almost 90%(87.7) of the cape range shares. I liked this point.

"Exergen is planning to further prove the CHTD technology by constructing and operating a 50tph Pre-
Commercial Demonstration Plant in the Latrobe Valley, Victoria. Exergen has signed a memorandum of
understanding with Energy Brix Australia Corporation (EBAC) to use the Morwell Power Station site to
host the demonstration plant."

I think we all realized that Exergen would need to list at some stage. Seems this method allowed them to pretty much buy a shell company.

Positives for me first off are, Exergen will need to report all material transactions, agreements, like any listed company so hopefully MNM will get more updates?

We should find out about ALDP in June now for certain??
