    Thanks BM,

The single user market could be so very large, The trick is investing in several pricing points that optimises the primary components of that market. I'm guessing that the mkt could fragment into the following categories: There are single SME's who would/could/should use it reqularly (26-150x/yr) There's SME's/individuals who'll use it sporadically (12-25 times a year), then there's the up to 12 times a year quick look market

But SC and his team should have had a pretty good idea how this mkt is looking. The trick, again, is the pricing point that ecourages and grows each of the sub-segments.

Possibly accidently, one of the better moves was making NearMap free for non-large corporates/Govts. This developed a crop of future customers that they are harvesting now.

Individuals are going to be more discerning. Because they belong to the "do we need to/want to market?" which is much more price point sensitive than the "have to mkts" such as councils/corporates etc that NEA have targeted todate.

But it's not as simple as just the pricing point either. It'll also depend on the types of vertical data that are available to the single user.

Either way, its a very exciting market; but is likely to take longer to get 'right'. My guess 2-3 years to really sus it out.

In a post about a month ago, I guessed this could be worth at least $9m pa. I still have no real basis for that guess but I'd be surprised if any program for singles did not target that minimum within 2 years.

Bring it on. But its got to be attractively affordable to at least 2-3 types of singles.

    Its all un-assessed upside.

    Cheers.
