I also question why cancel the options so far out?
Do PEK management now feel that the exercise price is too high to reward Dave and cancelled in readiness for a better deal for him. I am not sure about the connection between Dave and Richard and duties. My own personal opinion is that RB left because he couldn't do the job he wanted to do or make the decisions he wanted to make without being dictated to. All speculation though.
