TRADING HALT
Summerset Group Holdings Limited has been advised that its major shareholder,
QPE Funds Management ("QPE") is in the process of selling part of its
shareholding. QPE has requested that Summerset seek a trading halt to enable
the transaction to occur, which Summerset has sought and obtained.
