Err, the TDU upgrade at Kwinana has not commenced yet. Read below.

From ann 12th Sep 2005:
'The site improvement and capital works previously announced for Kwinana have commenced and are expected to be completed during November. This is part of the $750,000 capital budget previously announced in the financial forecast released to the market in August 2005.'


From Financial Forecast 24th August 2005:
'Tox Free has budgeted capital expenditure of $750,000.00 for the financial year. $500,000.00 is for revenue making activities and investment into new technologies and $250,000.00 to improve the logistics, compliance and community amenities at both sites. Additionally it is possible that capital expenditures of $1.25m - $1.5m may be made on the upgrade of the TDU at Kwinana and approximately $400,000 on the upgrade at Port Hedland if the business models currently being researched justify the expenditures.'
