eagle888....for the reasons I stated in my post I think the options will be more productive...as the cost will only be 2 cents a share, the mum and dad investors can chose $100, $200, $ 300 etc...depending on the number of shares they hold, or want. It's a 1 for 4 offer. There will be no requirement to "start" at $1000. I also think that the options will attract a lot of interest, as the share price has to only reach 22 cents before they are in the money and can be traded. For every 2 cents over a SP of 22 cents they will be doubling,tripling etc their money...ie at 24 cents it's a 2 bagger, at 26 cents it's a 3 bagger etc.

I think, IMHO, that over the next 3 years the PRR SP will be above 22 cents, if not sooner once the phase 2 results are released approx in November.
