Hi Adam a. What notice are you referring to?
I thought the trading halt was notice enough unless you mean the top 20? Anyone seen it?
My guess is that as someone previously mentioned the day traders have now split as they don't like being caught in a T/H. Seems quite stable today on not much volume.
Maybe its just us birilievers left?
