NXT has been a good goer... up to $2.19 today :D
I've cut my short position in CHC to basically nothing, a few cents profit :( in two minds about this whole property gig... investor momentum is still bullish although it's obvious to any one with at least 5/20 vision that vacancy rates are heading down. I really need to wait for sentiment and the charts to turn before becoming aggressive with my short/long positions... otherwise I just end up holding stocks like AGO!
