This is a gigantic LIE!
Miners AND FARMERS get the ROAD tax refunded on fuel they can PROVE has not been used on the roads. There are OTHER taxes that are NOT refunded. [The feds grab far more than 32 cents/l off us]
I suppose they should pay GST on their exports too?
