It's petty manipulation -keeps the price pegged on low 1.5c -"the games people play".
It will stop when solid enforcing news surfaces from BUY'S pipeline -take advantage and capitalise where you can!
I actually like seeing these strategies used by the manipulators out there as they indicate what others are prepared to do and self sacrifice to hold prices down prior to news that will drive S.P dramatically up -IMHO of course!
