FWIW, I think the description on the 5B line 3.1 "Loan facilities" and they way they are using it for reporting is ambiguous. The 5B implies this is "Financing Facilities Available" ie cash that can be called upon when needed. However, the numbers being reported are in fact debt already drawn down. Both very important numbers but a fairly big difference in terms of understanding the future position...
