FA wise this is shaping up to be a dream. Even steady forward earnings of 150m per year supports a higher share price (terrible roa at that level but that's another story).
HOWEVER, the market cap and sp is such that it is able to be really shake it around. This has been a real conviction hold for me, and from time to time i kick myself for not off loading some into the last spike and 'doubling up' in the 70s
Agree with JG's comments re cost control, cashflow management, lt debt. If they could find an extra cent in the div to make it 5c full year that would be grand. And would certainly underpin a higher sp. personally I reckon they might get a bigger bang for their buck and more value to share holders if they go for a buyback before raising the div but that may depend on some of their loan agreements.
