If you think anyone had or has made a defamatory post about Gillard or anyone else it is your right to TOU it and alert the moderators.
Regarding the current civil case involving Etrridge vs Abbot, once it is in court then it is subjudice and everyone, no matter what one thinks about the merit or otherwise of the case, would do well to be very careful what they post about the matter.
