ACB down 15% to 5.1c a share... Oh dear, of dear - who would have thought that a company with a uranium deposit ranking in the world's top ten, in a mining friendly country, and a huge coal deposit as a bonus, would have sunk to such lows?
The cap raising would - as is so often the case - to have been the nail in the coffin.
It is going to take a huge change in sentiment for this to turn around. There would need to be a big upswing in the uranium price for starters, plus the coal price, plus an announcement that the Cost of Production is low or has got even lower, that mining is all approved and about to get under way, that all infrastructure is in place, and that offtake agreements are all pouring in.
Can't see that happening, I'm afraid. This excellent company is starting to show all the signs of heading gurglerwards...
What a bummer - and Catch-22: the lower the share price gets, the more people are in a loss situation, so the fewer people will pour more money into it via cap raisings, SPP, or whatever, to keep it afloat.
