Lor Spesh, in terms of dilution, if SLR wanted to raise about $28m, to give it a bit of head room, that would only be a 10% dilution on the current $282m market cap. It all depends on what discount was made, of course, but if the company does need a raising, it should do it fairly soon, I think, because *if* the market is expecting it, and I don't know if it is, SLR could keep getting ripped apart until it does raise. A "comforting" ANN by management would help.
