    re: may be a scam? The reason why no one has mentioned these issues is because few here have the knowledge/experience to do so. Great post tas, found it enlightening. The free carried thing would be a killer, wouldn't have seen this without your mentioning. Difficult to see majors doing any deal under present arrangement with those terms. Re inforces my view to be ULTRA cautious here.
